This policy describes the accepted payment methods and guides our esteemed customers in understanding the processes integrated in our systems, ensuring their satisfaction as they choose to ship with us.
All of our payment methods provide 100% BUYERS PROTECTION, ensuring that our customers experience a seamless transaction process and maintain complete control over their payment until the purchased unit(s) is delivered.
Important Notice
We have introduced the Automated Payment Processing System (APPS) to improve the experience of our private professional clients and company clients. The method fastens the payment processes and issuance of tracking numbers for the confirmed orders, which has seen us offer timely services to our clients.
Accepted Payment Method.
All order payments and services provided by Toks Containers shall be made in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Our default and preferred payment method is:
ACH (Automated Clearing House) Transfer
Other payment methods may be accepted, but are subject to our terms and conditions
- ACH Transfer (Preferred Method).
Customers are required to remit payment via ACH transfer using the banking details provided on the invoice.
Orders will be processed and scheduled for delivery after payment confirmation.
Delivery schedule for this payment method is 3-5days. - Credit Card Payments – (Currently Unavailable)
Credit card payments are accepted subject to approval.
A processing fee of 7.5% applicable rate will be added to the total invoice amount.
Credit card payments may take 3–5 business days to process.
The Company reserves the right to request additional verification for large transactions to prevent fraud.
Chargebacks or disputed transactions may result in immediate suspension of services and additional fees.
Due to processing confirmation, the delivery schedule for this payment method is 7-11days. - Wire Transfers
Domestic and international wire transfers may be accepted.
Processing time typically ranges from the same day to 2 business days, depending on the originating bank.
Orders will only proceed after confirmation of receipt of funds.

Toks Container may, at its discretion, accept alternative payment methods such as:

PayPal
Cashier’s Check

May include additional service or processing fees
May require extended clearing periods before order fulfillment
Payment Terms:
Full payment is required upfront before order confirmation, dispatch, or delivery.
We offer payment on delivery options for business and company orders.
Payment Process:
All payments are processed securely through our dedicated payment processing system.
Payments must be made through our website or via a secure invoice issued by our Sales and Invoicing Department.
Full payment is required prior to order confirmation to initiate the preparation of your shipping container for delivery.
Once payment has been received, your order will be confirmed, and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Within 24 hours of order confirmation, you will receive a follow-up email with a delivery tracking number, which you can use to track and monitor your delivery.
Once payment has been made and a tracking number has been issued, the order cannot be canceled until delivery is completed. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more details.
The 30-day money-back guarantee that is available for all purchases is fully initiated upon delivery of the shipping container.
