Reading this means you will be agreeing to the terms below in any transaction or business project involvement with our company.  

These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service. 

  • General 

Stock availability:  We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website and most especially on other marketplace platforms where we advertise our units from time to time; but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to wait for restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund. 

  • Delivery Fee 

Delivery costs are calculated based on the destination of delivery and logistics that will be incurred to provide a fast a reliable delivery. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. 

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. 

  • Pick UP 

We are open for private professional clients and companies to make their own logistic arrangements and pick up their units after order confirmation.
However, not all our delivery yards are open for pickup; we are only able to offer delivery at selected states. 

  • RETURNS 
  1. i. Return Due To Change Of Mind

BPline Containers will happily accept returns due to change of mind as much as a request to return is received by us within 15 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused, unscratched and in resellable condition.
Once your return is confirmed we will schedule a day to pick up the unit and make refunds to you, picking up the unit expenses will covered by us.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed and we will notify you once this has been completed via email. 

Our clients and customers satisfaction is our priority and part of our goal always, we will refund the exact amount paid according to your invoice. 

  1. Warranty Returns

BPline Containers will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
Upon return receipt of unit(s) for warranty claim, we will process your warranty claim within 3 business days. Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive and email notification with a claim tracking to track your claim on our website. 

  • Change Of Delivery Address 

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address any time before the order has been dispatched to your initial provided delivery address. 

  • Military Address Delivery 

We are able to deliver to military addresses with the delivery cost, tax and handling will be included as well  

  • Units Out Of Stock 

If a unit is out of stock, we will wait for the unit to be available before dispatching your order.  

  • Delivery Time Exceeded 

If delivery time has exceeded the estimated time, kindly contact us so that we trace and track the delivery. However you are allocated a personal sales rep to give you time to time updates about your delivery till the delivery team arrive for delivery. 

  • Tracking Notifications 

Upon preparation of customers order for delivery, customers will receive a delivery tracking number (DTN) to enable them to trace and monitor the delivery of the unit to their address. 

  • Units Damaged In Transit 

If a unit is damaged in-transit, it is expected to be returned to our yard for another unit of the customer’s choice.
Kindly reject delivery of any damage or dent unit looking different from what you see in pictures or in person. 

 

  • Duties & Taxes 

Sales Tax: 

Sales tax has already been added to the price of the goods as calculated on your quote and invoice. 

  • Import Duties & Taxes 

Import duties and taxes for international deliveries will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination country. 

  • Cancellations 

If you change your mind before you have received your unit, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the unit has been dispatched.  

If a unit has already been dispatched, kindly refer to our refund policy. 

  • Insurance 

Units are insured for loss and damage up to the value.. 

  • Process for unit damaged in-transit 

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the unit returns back to the delivery yard. 

  • Process for unit lost in-transit or utterly damaged  

We will process a refund or replacement within 72hours after notice.
