Refund and Returns Policy

Returns & Refunds policy:

When you purchase a unit from us you become our valued customer/client and we take full responsibility for any inconveniences in other to satisfy you as our customer/client.

We have a 30days Cancellation rule which means all cancellation is expected to be filed within 30days after delivery.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

• You can inform us of your decision by e-mail refundsandreturns@tokscontainers.com
• We will process your refunds and refund you within 15days from the day on which we receive the returned units.
• Conditions for returns:

In order for the unit to be eligible for a return/refund, make sure that the following are well observed.

• The unit(s) were purchased in the last 30 days
• The units are in the in great shaped as delivered.

The following units cannot be returned or refunded

• The return of unit(s) made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
• The return of unit(s) which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example unit(s) which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
• The return of units that are damaged.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any units that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Units

We only schedule pick up of returned units once, if you miss the schedule and appointed date and time you will be responsible for the delivery cost for another date.

Canceling Order/Delivery Dispatched:
Upon confirmation of your order and dispatch of your shipping container, your delivery is processed and you will be provided a delivery tracking number to track and trace your delivery.
Perhaps in cases when you wish to cancel your order for refunds, Please note the following:
* Officially contact us to request refunds
* Keep  an eye on your tracking number update to monitor the shipping container has it’s enroute back to our delivery yard.
* We will confirm the shipping container at our delivery yard.
* Process your refund within 90 business days.
All refunds for dispatched order takes up to 90 business days for refunds to be processed and made available to you.
